PRIMARY OBJECTIVE & ROLE
The Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting regional sales efforts and being the primary technical and solution expert throughout the sales cycle for the German market. Sales Engineers work closely with Sales Directors and prospective clients to uncover business requirements, assess the state of their current ecommerce reporting and decision-making environment, help evangelize and drive DynamicAction as a solution within the business, identify and recommend how DynamicAction will solve their current dependencies and shortcomings with data, and develop sales strategies to win new business. This position reports to both the Managing Director of EMEA, based in London and the Senior Director of Solution Engineering who is based in Redwood City, California, the US headquarters.
Work as part of the Customer Success team accountable for the in-life management for specific allocated customers
Preferred: degree education, 2.1 or above
Fluent in English & German is a must
